簡介

Fang-Chang Kuo is currently an associate professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Ilan University, Taiwan. He got the BS degree in Electrical Engineering at Tatung University in 1986. After that he worked for Electronics Research Laboratories of Industrial Technology Research Institute. Then he studied and got the PhD degree in communication networks from the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Central University in 1996. Before teaching in the current university in 1997, he was with the Chunghwa Telecom Research Laboratory. He was a visiting scholar at the Computer Networks and Telematics Laboratory, University of Freiburg, Germany for one year since 2014. His research interests include the design and performance evaluation of wired and wireless computer networks, radio access in new generation mobile communications.
